2018 — Where it started

Mop Nation began in 2018 with a strong belief that commercial cleaning should be treated like a professional service—not an afterthought. Many businesses struggle with inconsistent cleaners, missed details, and unreliable schedules. We set out to be the opposite: a team built on discipline, standards, and repeatable systems.
From early clients, we developed a structured method that made our results consistent across different facilities and time slots.

2019–2020 — Building the systems that scale

As demand increased, we strengthened our internal systems—cleaning routines, checklists, and site-specific planning. This is where Mop Nation built its foundation around:

During this period, Mop Nation worked with a large number of sites and brands, including work connected to KFC locations and commercial areas such as:
